We found the gutter had been overflowing inside the cavity. We cut back bricks and installed a DPC and capped with a plastic coated steel flashing so no water can enter the cavity even if the gutter blocks and overflows.
We see the fault on most terraced houses that have a gutter sat on the brickwork as in photo.
Cut and install a rubber collar to replace the cracked pipe roof flashing
The industrial unit gutter was fully blocked and overgrown. We cleaned the gutter off all weeds and debris 
The old roof had a slate that had slipped out of place the full roof did look a bit untidy but was watertight so a small repair was done to keep the rain out. 
The bitumen roof felt had failed at the bottom. We installed Plastic felt support trays under the old felt and fixed back the roofing tiles. 
Replace the old flat roof in woodley to a modern pitch roof with marly modern tiles & lead flashing
A chimney pot had fell off the roof in the strong wind and smashed a hole through the slate roof.
After the strong winds 2 ridge tiles had blown from the roof. We fitted new tiles the next day
